Generative AI is expected to contribute VND 14 trillion to Vietnam’s economy by 2030, with application growth reaching 50%. It is anticipated to drive personalization and deliver tailored support across industries and sectors. However, only 36% of businesses are currently exploring GenAI, and the actual adoption rate remains as low as 9%. Despite its vast potential, limitations in technological infrastructure and supporting tools continue to hinder the breakthrough development of Generative AI.
